Coffee and Tea: Health Benefits and Health Problems

There is always a choice between coffee and tea. My first experience with coffee was in college days. My life long love of coffee began with an accident, but matured into a great friendship. Added to gains in personal energy there were also many serious studies on the benefits of coffee. Other serious allegations of academic studies suggest a 60% reduction in diabetes risk. Other creditors still speak of a heart attack reduced and cirrhosis of the liver. The list goes on to claim the reduced risk of cancer and even reduce the risk of Parkinson’s disease.

Well reviewed studies that coffee is the drink miracle can take place in doubt but there is enough evidence to show that drinking coffee has many benefits.

On the debit side there a link between heavy coffee consumption to anxiety and irritability and insomnia. There is another problem affecting the health claim and tea consumption is to do with iron absorption. Sun between tea and coffee is really a question of the use of a moderate and benefits for the average user will far outweigh the health issues that coffee and tea may cause.
